1. What we collect
- Account info: email address (for secure access link delivery and order receipts).
- Questionnaire responses: the life areas, scenes, affirmations, and tone preferences you provide.
- Photos and likeness uploads (Vision and Supernatural tiers only): images you choose to share for inclusion in your movie.
- Payment metadata: handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers. We retain the Stripe order ID and paid-at timestamp.
2. How we use it
Solely to produce the movie you commissioned, deliver it to you, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train external AI models.
3. Photo retention
Raw photo uploads are auto-purged on a published retention schedule (target: 90 days post-delivery, finalized pre-launch). The finished movie remains in your private portal.
4. Storage and access
Data is stored on Supabase with row-level security. Access is limited to the editor assigned to your project and the operations team responsible for delivery and support. We use signed short-TTL URLs for the final MP4.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, or revoke consent at any time. Write to support@playmylife.co. Deletion may take up to 30 days to propagate through backups.
6. Biometric / likeness considerations
Where applicable (e.g. Illinois, Texas, Washington, EU), additional consent and disclosures apply. The detailed policy will be finalized during the launch-gate phase.
