1. The agreement, in plain language
When you place an order, you commission a custom cinematic movie produced by Play My Life. The movie is yours to keep. You agree to provide accurate information for the questionnaire and to grant Play My Life a limited license to use any photos you upload solely for producing your movie.
2. Production timeline
Our typical delivery time is within seven days from the moment your questionnaire is submitted, and many orders deliver sooner. Seven days is a target rather than a guarantee. During periods of unusually high demand, or if production requires additional work to reach the quality we hold, delivery may take longer, and we will tell you if that happens. Delays caused by missing information or delayed photo uploads pause the timer.
3. Refunds
Full refund any time before production has started (Day 2). Once the editor has begun work, the order is non-refundable. If the cut isn't right, see refunds for the revision and remediation policy.
4. Use of the delivered movie
The MP4 is for personal use. Public broadcast, commercial redistribution, or use as a product component requires a separate license. Reach us at support@playmylife.co.
5. Limits
The movie is a creative artifact and a personal-development tool. We make no claims about specific outcomes in your life. The practice of mental rehearsal is well-established; results vary by person, by practice, and by life. Nothing on this site is medical, financial, or legal advice.
6. Citations & attributions
Quotations from third-party authors, teachers, and researchers appearing on this site (including, without limitation, on the home page Manifesto and on the Science page) are used editorially, with full attribution to the source author and the work cited. Their use is intended to credit the underlying ideas and to point readers toward the original work.
